The ideal pregnancy stage for maternity photos is usually during the 7th or 8th month, when the baby bump is well-defined but the expectant mother is still comfortable enough for a photoshoot.
Do you prefer an outdoor or a studio shoot?
If you prefer the Florida beaches with beautiful sunsets or colorful flowers at a botanical garden, then an outdoor session is recommended. However, if you prefer to be in the comfort of our studio with climate control, then we can also accommodate that. We will discuss your preference during our brief consultation phone call.
What will you wear?
If you book a studio photoshoot with us, we will provide you with a selection of maternity dresses. For obvious reasons, we do not permit these maternity dresses to be taken outdoors. We continually update our collection of maternity dresses
Investments
Our maternity photoshoots start at $500 per session, typically lasting 45-90 minutes. For outdoor sessions, we begin shooting 60 minutes before sunset for beach locations and 90 minutes before sunset for park locations. If the photoshoot is scheduled at our studio, we can accommodate sessions between 10 am and 6 pm on weekdays and select weekends.
All maternity sessions in our studio will include a female assistant that will help other mother-to-be’s with their wardrobe as well as helping them with posing.
