Hi, I'm Henry
I'm a wedding photographer and filmmaker based in Tampa Bay.
I came to the U.S. from Vietnam at age 9. Adjusting to a new culture wasn't easy, but I found connection through 90s sitcoms — especially Family Matters. (For better or worse, I saw a lot of myself in Steve Urkel.) Somewhere along the way, photography became how I made sense of the world — what to notice, where to stand, when to be invisible.
A decade and hundreds of weddings later, I also teach photography. The years behind the camera taught me that the best moments aren't ones you can pose. The best photos are the ones you didn't know I caught: the half-smile during vows, your dad turning to wipe his eyes, the laughter when the band hits its first big song.
My approach is meticulous in preparation, natural in execution. I'll guide you when you need it and disappear when you don't. The goal is simple: images that bring you back to exactly how the day felt — year after year.

Tell me about your day — I'd love to hear the story you're hoping to tell.
A day of love, emotion, and celebration. Sunny skies, a breathtaking venue, and a day that was truly unforgettable.
Sarah's robe was partially made from her mother's wedding dress — a sentimental detail we made it a priority to creatively showcase in their wedding film. Her cheerful first look with her bridesmaids brought laughter; the emotional first look with her father captured their deep bond.
Gerald saw Sarah for the first time as she walked down the aisle, and his reaction was raw and unguarded. The couple's vows set the tone for the ceremony, and the reception unfolded with heartfelt speeches from family and friends celebrating their love story.
Alec from Black Tie Entertainment energized the crowd with a playlist of 2000s hits, getting everyone on the dance floor yelling the lyrics to their favorite pop songs. The night ended spectacularly with confetti cannons and cold sparks lighting up the room.
There's something extraordinary about being chosen to capture a wedding when both families have spent their lives inside the industry.
Vivi's father, Kinh Luan, is a wedding photographer himself. Bryan's uncle, Ben, has spent decades in wedding catering. Both have seen thousands of wedding days from the inside — which made being trusted with their own children's day one of the highest compliments of our career.
We had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional team: Hoan on photography, Judy coordinating the day, and Nguyen Khanh as MC. Every vendor brought the kind of care that only comes from knowing exactly how much this day mattered.
This is the teaser film. The full wedding film is in production now.
Some weddings tell you everything about a couple just in how they planned the day. Nali and Rob's was one of those — heartfelt, personal, and shaped by every small kindness that brought them here.
It started on a dating app and an unassuming first date at a Korean restaurant, where Rob asked Nali endless questions, trying to learn everything he could. By their fourth date, he showed up with every dessert Nali had mentioned loving, completely sweeping her off her feet. Small, thoughtful gestures became the foundation.
Nali walked down the aisle to piano music pre-recorded by her sister Jessica — one of the most personal moments of the day. Rob's vows were emotional and unguarded. He told Nali that fate had worked in mysterious ways to bring them together, and that no matter the universe, a Robert would always find a Nali.
Nali's vows were equally heartfelt. She admitted she never thought online dating could lead her to the love of her life — that Rob's smile brightens her day, and that her heart still flutters every time she sees him.
The Addison sits at the heart of Boca Raton — historic, lush, and so visually rich that almost any moment becomes a frame. Jimmy and Sunny's day made full use of it.
What set their wedding apart was the beautiful fusion of Palestinian and Vietnamese cultures. The celebration unfolded as a tapestry of traditions — heartfelt ceremonies, dazzling attire, and guests proudly representing their heritage in dress from both sides of the family.
Cultural weddings are among our favorites to document. The intricate designs and saturated colors of traditional dress pair beautifully with dramatic editing and bold flash work, letting the meaning behind every detail come through in the final frame.
A day of love, unity, and heritage — captured exactly the way it felt.
Tim and Nhi's wedding moved gracefully across three settings — each one anchored in family and the traditions that shaped them.
The day began with a warm Vietnamese tea ceremony at the bride's parents' home, honoring ancestors and paying tribute to their heritage in the most intimate setting possible.
From there, Tim and Nhi exchanged vows in a beautiful church ceremony, surrounded by their loved ones. The day's quietest moments — the ones that pass too quickly — happened here.
The celebration carried on at Matheo's Hall in Clearwater. An evening of laughter, love, and the kind of cherished moments that only family and oldest friends can create together.
