Congratulations to WinDy and Lanh! Their wedding day had a little bit of everything: polished studio style portraits, a full Vietnamese celebration with family, and a dramatic sunset on the water that gave us some of our favorite photos of the year.

Getting Ready

Lanh's hair and makeup were done by Kim Phantran of Kimquynh Make Up. Her soft, elegant look carried her from the first portraits of the morning all the way through the reception.

Classic Portraits

We started with clean, classic portraits of the two of them, WinDy in a sharp white jacket and Lanh in her gown with a bouquet of white roses. Simple backgrounds let their expressions do all the work.

Sunset by the Water

Then the sky put on a show. Storm clouds broke apart over the water just as the sun went down, and we walked WinDy and Lanh out onto the rocks for golden silhouettes, long veil shots and a few quiet moments together before the reception.

The Reception

Decor by Holly Nguyen filled the room with soft florals and elegant details, MC Vi Tiểu Bảo kept the program lively, and Hao Wah Chinese Restaurant served a classic Vietnamese wedding banquet. Family, friends and plenty of dancing filled the rest of the night.
