Edson Keith Mansion, A Historic Sarasota Wedding Venue
The Edson Keith Mansion sits inside Phillippi Estate Park along Phillippi Creek, a 1916 Italian Renaissance style home surrounded by oak trees, lawns and water views. Its stone terraces, grand porches and lush grounds make it one of the most romantic wedding venues on Florida's Gulf Coast.
A Dress With a Story
One of the most touching details of the day was hidden inside Molly's gown. Her mom sewed a piece of her own wedding dress into it, so Molly could carry a little of her mother's day into her own. It is the kind of detail you cannot see in a photo, but you can feel in every one.
Three Generations
Molly also gave a beautiful gift: a drawing of herself, her mom and her grandmother together. The moment her family saw it, the room went quiet, and then the tears came. These are the moments we live for as storytellers.
Getting Ready, Among Friends
We were especially happy to see a familiar face in the bridal party. One of Molly's bridesmaids is a past Henry M Production client, and having friends like that around made the morning feel like a reunion.
The Ceremony
With Erica of Sunset Strings playing violin, Jamie and Molly exchanged vows under the oaks. The setting felt timeless, and the music made every step down the aisle feel cinematic.
The Reception
Savannah Sarasota Catering Company handled both planning and catering, and everything ran seamlessly. Dessert came from Thomas Bazen of A Slice of Heaven, lighting by Jim Moor of J&R Services made the night glow, and Rich Kenny of Tampa Event DJs kept the dance floor full until the very end.
