Tampa Garden Club, A Bayshore Wedding Venue
The Tampa Garden Club sits right on Bayshore Boulevard, with a lush courtyard garden, a bright ballroom and the bay just across the street. It is intimate, elegant and perfect for couples who want a classic garden wedding close to downtown Tampa.
Getting Ready
Maraya's hair and makeup by Kim Phantran of La Vie Bridal was soft and glowing, holding up beautifully in the June heat from the first portrait to the final dance.
The Tea Ceremony
The day began with a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony. Families exchanged introductions and blessings, gifts passed from hand to hand and Dat and Maraya honored their parents with tea. These quiet, meaningful moments are always some of our favorites to capture.
Portraits in the Garden
Between traditions, we took Dat and Maraya into the garden and along Bayshore for portraits. Shady oaks, soft greenery and the water nearby gave us a little bit of everything.
The Reception
The ballroom was transformed with decor by Cindy's Floral, and dinner from Ben Quach of Hao Wah kept every table happy. MC Quan guided guests through the program with warmth and humor, and the party carried on late into the night.
